  I understand that I have pursued the Darryl Strawberry Foundation as a volunteer and I am not an employee of the foundation and will not be compensated for my time, gifts, talents, expenses and otherwise.

  I am volunteering for the sole purpose of bettering the lives of others and not for my own benefit.

  I understand that any and all ideas, events, materials and otherwise and use of the Darryl Strawberry name and The Darryl Strawberry Foundation name must be submitted and approved in writing by the board. NO EXCEPTIONS!
